Wear comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt, leggings, or shorts). We train barefoot on mats, but you can bring martial arts shoes if you prefer.

Just water and a great attitude! Once you start training regularly, you may want to purchase gloves, shin guards, or protective gear — we’ll guide you on what’s needed.
