Getting Started

  • Not at all! Our beginner classes are designed for people with zero experience. You’ll learn everything step-by-step and at your own pace.

  • Wear comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt, leggings, or shorts). We train barefoot on mats, but you can bring martial arts shoes if you prefer.

  • Just water and a great attitude! Once you start training regularly, you may want to purchase gloves, shin guards, or protective gear — we’ll guide you on what’s needed.

  • Yes! We offer a Free Trial Class so you can experience the training and meet our instructors before committing..

  • You can sign up directly online through our Memberships & Packages page or in person at the school.

 CLasses & Training

  • We recommend at least 2 classes per week for steady progress, but you can attend more often depending on your membership.

  • Krav Maga focuses on real-world self-defense — practical techniques to stay safe, not sport or competition.

  • They’re designed to challenge you but remain safe and accessible. You’ll build strength, confidence, and endurance over time — no need to be in great shape to start!

  • Safety is our top priority. Techniques are practiced in a controlled setting, with attention to proper form and partner communication.

  • Most students start feeling confident using basic self-defense principles within the first few months, with deeper skills developing over time.
